Does the thought of choosing, setting up and learning the programs you need to run your online business makes you feel overwhelmed and paralyzed? In the early years of running your business online, you have to first identify the systems you need: an email marketing tool, a website, a payment gateway, an appointment scheduler, a landing page program, a membership site, a password manager, a video manager, etc. Then, you have to research among hundreds of options and find one program for each system that best fits your business, set up the programs, and learn how to use each one. Ugh! I know it seems and feels impossible sometimes. Then there you are watching one YouTube video after another to learn to install and use those programs. Hours later, you realized you have learned something, but it feels that those free videos teach you the basic features over and over again. Youtube is awesome, don't get me wrong. I am a self-taught virtual assistant who has watched (and still watches) YouTube videos to learn about the programs I need for my business and my clients'. But I found myself watching the same generic information, and when I went to use the programs, there was so much information that I needed to be able to use the program that was left out on those videos. I remember watching almost 3 hours of videos about Wishlist Member plugin, and none of them taught me how to integrate Wishlist with PayPal and Stripe and how those integrations really worked. That I had to figure out on my own. Don't you wish there was an easier and faster way to figure out the systems you need, learn to use them quickly and effectively, so you can focus on what matters the most to you? Because at the end of the day, we, online entrepreneurs, want to spend our time and energy doing what we love to do - HELPING OUR CLIENTS with the best we have. But to run our online business, setting up and managing programs is part of our daily tasks, especially when we are starting and don't have the resources to hire a virtual assistant. And if I told you that YES, THERE IS an easier way? It was with you in mind that I created The Solopreneur Training Hub, a membership portal with easy-to-follow tutorials on the programs you need to run your online business. I used my experience of over three years of using those programs and built tutorials that will teach you exactly what you need on those programs. And if you are still stuck on choosing what programs you need, the support you will get from me on the Facebook group will fill that gap.
I met Fabi through a peer of mine in 2016. I was at a point in my business where I was doing way too much of the everyday tasks like client care, email management, social media, tedious administrative tasks - which was actually preventing me from growing. I was in a situation where if I didn’t hire someone who could come in and hit the ground running, my business would suffer significantly. Fabi was that person! She came in and had the perfect mix of grace and confidence. She was willing to learn whatever I needed her to learn to take over the administrative parts of my coaching business. She also had some excellent ideas which were refreshingly surprising. If you're finding yourself working in your business versus on your business, it’s time to check yourself. This is the fastest way to destroying your dreams. Fabi is reliable, honest, creative, and truly a pleasure to work with. Even my clients make it a point to say how wonderful she is. She makes herself very available and always follows through on everything we talk about. She is my best-kept secret :) and anyone who has the opportunity to work with her will most definitely be as lucky as I am. She will not only work for you, she will partner with you to ensure your vision and dreams of a successful business come to be. She truly is the best!

Since February of 2015, I’ve been working as a virtual assistant helping my clients build and grow their businesses. I help them by setting up and managing the systems needed to run an online business and taking care of tasks that will free up my clients' time so they can focus on taking on more clients, creating more products and services, and growing their business. I am their right hand VA when it comes to setting up their lead magnet, launching their products, using their email marketing tool, updating the content on their website, or overhauling their systems.
“Fabi is professional, courteous, responsible, and organized. She has assisted our nonprofit in various roles, including supporting our development work, production, and general business administrative needs. She has extensive administrative skills, and is not only quick to learn new skills but finds improved logistics and workflows that help us perform those tasks more efficiently. She updates our member database, tracks member renewals, updates our mailing list, posts content to our website, helps manage production, and more. She has excellent communication skills and does a terrific job at representing our nonprofit to our supporters through email and mail correspondence. I would highly recommend Fabi for any business looking for an experienced professional. She has been a pleasure to work with.”
